The Youth Staff are very excited about launching our new VLife program this Sunday (Jan 12th). We wanted to remind you of the details:
WHO: Victory Youth (and friends if you’d like)
WHAT: All NEW VLife (and dinner is included in our meeting time…bonus for parents!)
WHERE: Stay tuned for the location
WHEN: VLife will be held the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of each month from 5-7:30pm
Students will need to have an Annual Pass (2013-2014) filled out and on file with the Youth Staff. Look under “DownIoads” to obtain a form.
Parents are asked to please walk to the door to retrieve their child(ren) at the end of the meeting. Thank you in advance!

Get ready for an awesome adventure with Rock Climbing at Hangar 18. Test your skills and agility, cheer on your friends, and strategize the best route to the top of the rock walls. Be sure to invite your friends!
Important times to remember ~ 1. Those needing a ride to Hangar 18, please meet at Victory Fellowship church at 4:30pm. 2. All others, we will be meeting at Hangar 18 at 5:15pm. 3. Event ends at 7:30pm. Parents can pick up either at Hangar 18 at 7:30pm or at church at 8pm.
Wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Cost is $14 per climber. Please RSVP (with the number of people attending) by August 14th to ensure there is adequate staff to assist our group. Please tell us if you need a ride too
Parents: There is a great observation deck for us to see the group climbing. Stay for the event if you have time. And if a few of you could please sign up to bring & serve refreshments, that would be wonderful too. We’d love it if you could stay and help! Thanks in advance

Don’t miss out on our beach bonfire this coming Saturday, July 13th at 3pm! Students, along with their families, are invited to join us at the Dockweiler Beach. Click here for directions and various info about the beach. We will officially start around 3pm and end between 9:30pm to 10pm. You are more than free to arrive earlier if you’d like. Please call Pastor Earl (714-308-1328) to know exactly where we are located at the beach (we’ll have an early team to scout and reserve the best available spot for us!). The schedule will be fairly simple. We will have a couple organized games, lots of free time, dinner time, bonfire time, and SMORES!!! This bonfire event will be a potluck dinner, and Tonya has graciously sent out the sign-ups through email. So please RSVP with Pastor Earl and sign up for the potluck! Hope to see you at this event!
We have yet another fellowship time scheduled! On May 4th, we will be having a bowling night. Please come to Victory Fellowship Church by 5:30pm, and we will head over to the Gable House all together (rides will be provided). We will be back at church by 7 or 7:30pm for parent(s) pick-up. Please bring $10 for the bowling costs (if you need ANY assistance for costs, for ANY event, please let Pastor Earl know). Food will be provided. If you haven’t filled out the annual participation forms, please download it here, fill it out, and turn it in before or on the day of the bowling night! Please contact Pastor Earl if you have any questions. Hope you can all make it, and we highly encourage you to invite any of your friends, especially the unchurched! From April 12th-13th, we will be having a Lock-In at Victory Fellowship. We will have the staff and the students stay overnight at the church. So, the night will begin with our Friday worship service at 7:30pm and we will be ending sometime around 8-9am Saturday morning (please arrive around 8-9am to pick up the students). The night will involved a time of worship, a sermon message, various times for games and fellowship, and of course a time for sleeping! The boys and the girls will be separated when it’s time to sleep. Here is a to-bring list for the night:
- If you haven’t already filled one out (and if there are any guests invited), an Annual Pass Participation Form filled out
- Sleeping bag/pillow
- Necessary toiletries/medication(s) (please shower before coming to church)
- Any favorite board/card games (don’t have to bring one)
- Any favorite snack(s) to share with group
- Warm clothes in case it might get cold
The staff will bring the drinks and also the breakfast foods for Saturday morning. If any student needs to leave early at anytime, please let Pastor Earl know beforehand. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact Pastor Earl.
Hello V-Life Family! Our 2013 Winter Retreat is just around the corner (Feb. 15-18). We have all the forms ready for you. The directions and the rates are all on the registration form. There is also the liability form we need to sign. Also, if you haven’t already, please fill out the 2012-2013 annual pass participation form.
